Please note that we ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we have a local driver. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, will be delivered via CANPAR.
What Is The Return Policy?
All returns must be approved by EFFYDESK within 30 days. Just shoot us an email at team@effydesk.ca and we will assist you through the process!
We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

I don't recall seeing anyone else mention this, but while the product itself is pretty good (personally I wish it was a few inches wider), I really dislike having a giant "M" logo prominently displayed, as it really detracts from the simple, clean design. The product picture on the website is misleading, because it doesn't show this logo. I don't think I would have bought it had I known there was a big logo on it.
The box came banged up, and I was surprised there was not any tape around it to ensure nothing fell out in transit. There was a scratch on the footrest, but otherwise it survived the trip reasonably well.

I’m really glad I purchased this FeetRest. I don’t realize it when I bout it but the board can move back and forth which is great. I primarily use it when sitting down to relieve pressure from my legs, but it also works when standing.

Perfect addition to my standing desk (for when I’m sitting, quite obviously). Comfortable, adjustable and actually useful.
Initially, I was hesitating about purchasing the ergonomic chair and the desk in between effydesk and other companies (e.g. ergonofis). I chose effydesk because it’s local and had a good reputation. Aside from the chair that needs to be assembled a bit more than I expected, the design is very sleek and the quality of desk and chair bring both looks and comfort. I am considering purchasing one more set soon from the effydesk!
I wanted a foot rest to increase my level of comfort while working from home and this item serves me well. I was hesitant at first, I thought it might be too bulky, but while it is not a small foot rest, it does what it is supposed to do conveniently. It is quite sturdy.
It's nice to have a rest that can be high enough just to rest your feet and stretch your legs. This one gives you the convenience of the "standard" rest + adjust to different needs. It's also sturdy enough not to wobble. We are more than happy with this purchase!
Great idea as I sit most of the day in front of a computer causing poor leg circulation. This has helped tremendously. A great product that meets all expectations!
