Please note that we ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we have a local driver. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, will be delivered via CANPAR.

What Is The Return Policy?

All returns must be approved by EFFYDESK within 100 days. Just shoot us an email at team@effydesk.com and we will assist you through the process!


We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

Not suitable for 6’ people

I have had this chair for over a year now and have been unable to sit comfortably in it. The head support, even at maximum height and rotation painfully presses into my shoulder blades and effectively prevents me from using the back rest. For context, I am 6’0 and have tried any and all configurations of the head rest. Quite disappointed in this product.

Big, comfortable seat to sit any way; I even sit cross-legged on it :)

Tip: buy yourself the rollerblade wheels on Amazon, they are incredibly smooth and quiet.

I bought this KAIChair and it's amazing. Chair is super comfortable and very stable. It's built-in-quality is in great condition. So it is more than expected and worth for money. Frankly, It's highly recommended for everyone who is looking for a chair for long term use. I'm using this chair daily for more than 8 hours per day since I'm an IT person who is working from home. This is one choice that I am not regretting about buying.
