The main differences between the two models are the height and stability. Our Business edition can support up to 310 lbs while the Home edition is 265 lbs.
The business model has a larger height range where the lows and highs are greater: 27.6-45.2 inches versus 23.62-49.21 inches. The business model also has reinforced matte gloss painted square columns versus rectangular raw steel metal columns and wider tapered feet.
Both models are made the exact way but the business model will provide a faster/quieter experience and hold more weight capacity 🙂
Can I get my own table top?
Yes! Just make sure you follow the guidelines below:
Minimum size required:
40" W x 23" D (100 cm x 57.5 cm)
Maximum size dimensions:
Recommended size is no larger than 80” W x 39” D
You are able to use any desktop you prefer as long as the table is drillable. Please keep the desktop size between 44" to 80” in width and 27-36” in depth for maximum stability. Keep overhang between 2-5 inches.
How Long Does It Take To Assemble The Business Office Desk?
Moderate assembly is required for the desk and we provide assembly instructions with each desk frame. We recommend assembling the desk with a friend. The assembly process usually takes around 30-45 minutes from start to finish.

Is There A Way To Reset My Office Desk?
To reset, unplug and plug the desk for 15 minutes. Then press the Down button and hold for 10-15 seconds until the table stutters and beeps.
How long is the cord /plug wire? In other words, how far can this desk be from an outlet?
The total length of the cord from the main control box to the end of the plug is 99 inches.
How Do I Configure The Presets On My Office Desk?
1. Adjust the table to the desired height, then press M. “S-“ will flash on the display.
2. Press a number to set the desired height as a preset.
What Voltage Does The Office Desk Use?
The Business Office Desk uses volt range between 110-230v.
Can I lock my desk height?
Yes! To lock in place press the Up and Down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. The word "LOC" should appear on the display. This indicates your desk is now locked and all buttons are deactivated. To unlock, simply press the Up and Down buttons at the same time again to reactivate the keys and use as before.
Can you tell me more about warranty?
EFFYDESK has an all-inclusive 10 year warranty on all frame components, including the electric motors, control box and switch.
Guidelines:
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
We will repair or replace any parts deemed defective.

Thank you for my desk! I love it. I spent a lot of time researching different brands and companies, and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger with you guys. I love my setup so far, stilling working on it 😅
I very much like this new standing desk I ordered from Effydesk. The metal frame is built solid, and the motors are quite smooth and also seem sturdy (time will tell). The only things that would need improving would be the Instruction Manual and the quality of the fasteners. Other than that, it was a nice addition to my work environment.
Seems great so far. This desk is a size medium 59"" × 29"" business desk (comes with cord management tray), in the color WHITE and OAK WOOD. The desk was straightforward to assemble. It feels very sturdy. Does not shake at all while using, and the tabletop feels solid. It goes up and down quietly and quickly. Settings go impressively low and high.
I don't recommend accidentally stepping on the spiky metal cable tray by accident, the bottom of my foot may never be the same. Like stepping on 10 legos.
I wish there was a way to hide cords within the leg of the desk, or through the metal supports underneath. Also, the metal piece that comes up through the desk for cords is not actually attached to the desk so it pops out when i am running a cord through it which is annoying. Overall works fine. I haven't set up my cables yet as I need a longer extension cord. Would definitely recommend following the advice of the youtube instructions rather than the printout it comes with when it comes to the installation of the cable management tray: install the tray closer to the back (behind the central supports) - my knees actually hit the tray (see youtube video for the best location). I will need to disassemble the desk now to move it farther back because I followed the instructions that come with the desk which are different than those on youtube, which is a bit frustrating but alas.
I used the random matching piece of wood that was in the shipping box to put inside my cord management tray to further hide the cords. (haven't really set this up yet).
Easy assembly and set up. Love the option to adjust the height at the push of a button.
Getting Effydesk has been an experience from unboxing the product to setting it up in my room. I opted for the business frame which is large enough for my dual monitor setup. Still leaving a lot of room for expansion in future. The height adjustment operation is quiet and the memory buttons are quite handy as well. The only drawback I had was with the assembly booklet. Since the instruction for all the sizes in the same manual were confusing at times. But that got resolved with assembly videos online.
Love love love my new standing desk!!! Very well made, sturdy, soft to touch. I bought the WHITE OAK BUSINESS desk. My husband added a keyboard shelf as shown. Couldn't be any more pleased with it. Very satisfied customer!
I have been using my EffyDesk now for a couple weeks, and I have to say it's transformed the way I work. That may seem overly dramatic, but being WFH 100%, I appreciate any variation I can have in my workday. I find doing presentations standing or running calls while on my feet really makes a huge difference. Having the opportunity to sit, stand, walk around, all while being at the perfect working height is magic! The presets work perfectly, the motor is dead-silent, and table is extremely stable. Any desk that isnt solid steel or oak will have a little movement, but this is far more stable that my other popular office furniture brand was for a standard, fixed height desk. Would highly recommend and would definitely make this purchase again!

Il y a eu un pépin lors de la livraison, mais l'équipe d'EffyDesk a rapidement réglé la situation. Ils répondent très rapidement par courriel, j'ai reçu un excellent service. Le seul petit bémol est que le service est seulement en anglais.
I had a part missing but the customer service fixed the problem right away.
The instructions to build it could have been more clear though. Other than that, it has been very easy to use and has made my WFH setup much more comfortable.
