Please note that we ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we have a local driver. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, will be delivered via CANPAR.
What is the return policy?
All returns must be approved by EFFYDESK within 30 days. Just shoot us an email at team@effydesk.ca and we will assist you through the process!
We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

My Karma chair is exactly what I hoped for, delivered on time, easy to assemble, comfortable and looks good.
I love the build quality, set up instructions and finish of the desk. It is pretty sturdy, almost silent and holds itself while moving vertically. I would recommend Effy desk to anyone looking for a standing desk. I also, bought the chair from Effy. Comfort and build wise totally on point. Only thing, the Allen key for the chair could have been smaller or work on both sides. It was painfully time taking to assemble.
The chair is confortable and easy to assemble. I did it without looking at instructions. What I like the most is the adjustable arm rests where you can adjust in such way that your arm is aligned with the desk horizontally. I dunno what other people say that there is not much to adjust with this chair, I find it highly adjustable. Back support is in the right place, not wobbly, workmanship is acceptable at this price point. Head rest is somewhat adjustable too. What I would have liked to have is a coil or pressurized piston for when you sit. But I can live without that, chair is fine.
My new office chair seems very nice and comfortable so far. Easy to install

Wow I love this chair. I'm an obsessive researcher when it comes to furniture, so I'm incredibly thrilled to support a Canadian company with impressive choices.
My bf bought the karma chair and loves it, I tried it and was impressed with the amount of customization to the seat depth and backrest. I wanted to be able to sit cross legged though, and I thought the kaichair would be a better fit. I was RIGHT. I can finally sit criss cross applesauce at my desk, lean back, and be fully supported. I do wish the headrest was a bit taller as I'm over 5 ft8, but it's still very comfortable. Couldn't be happier.
We are very impressed with the Karma chair, it was easy to assemble, comfortable and good quality for a fair price.Shipping was very fast .

Bad quality for the price you’re paying. Also need to pay to return it even though they state there’s a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy.
I just received my Karma chair yesterday. It was very easy to put together. Very heavy seat, which is a good thing I think. It rolls smoothly. I like that there is a variety of adjustments. As I am long in the leg from hip to knee, it's nice that the back can slide back further. The arms can be attached slightly wider on the chair for big butts like mine! lol Seriously, it's very comfortable. As I have an office job, I sit for long periods (always get up and stretch now and again!) so I hope it lasts a long time and that the seat padding doesn't break down. I only wish there was a way to lock the arm rests into position after adjusting them from left to right (unless I'm missing a locking mechanism) as I'm constantly readjusting them since they move freely.
