How do I place / track / change my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before movement is reflected on the tracking status.

Please note that we ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we have a local driver. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, will be delivered via CANPAR.
What is the return policy?
All returns must be approved by EFFYDESK within 30 days. Just shoot us an email at team@effydesk.ca and we will assist you through the process!
We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

Only took 5 minutes to put together my new wobble stool! The seat is comfortable and material seems quite durable. Love being able to switch between my office chair and the Bohdi Stool at my standing desk to change up my sitting posture and feel more focused.

This is a very good stool/chair, I am happy with the quality of it and the bottom weight. It may take some time to get used to (because of my reflex), but you can count that it won't topple over completely.
Awesome piece of furniture! This stool lets me sit at desk height or lean from a standing position. It feels secure yet allows me to engage several muscle groups while leaning and wobbling.
I love the lumbar support- it makes me feel like I’m sitting the way I should be sitting, without feeling uncomfortable. The chair adjusts backwards the perfect amount and I was able to adjust the armrests as well. Money well spent!
