What Size Folders Does The Cabinet Accommodate?
The hanging folder size is meant to be for A4 size paper which is the most used international standard paper size, but the cabinets accommodate both legal and letter sized file folders.

Please note that we ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we have a local driver. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, will be delivered via CANPAR.
What Is The Return Policy?
All returns must be approved by EFFYDESK within 100 days. Just shoot us an email at team@effydesk.com and we will assist you through the process!
We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
Customer Reviews
I'll start by saying their customer service is absolutely top notch. There are quality control issues that either occur at the production level, insufficient packaging, or their choice of courier for deliveries (Canpar, Purolator via Best Buy online). Of the issues I had, they have definitely left me as a satisfied customer but it was unfortunate each product I purchased from their collaboration with ChopValue did arrive faulty (The closed-loop collection). Many of the issues may have risen from ChopValue, but EFFYDESK was an excellent support partner for each order.
TerraDesk ($1515 CDN regular price) - The tabletop is gorgeous, but since each once is unique, do not expect a smooth finish. There was a couple parts that were chipped, but I didn't think it was a large enough concern to request a return. It didn't come with the metal feet rubber bottoms, but they were quick to send a replacement part. The original package came with plastic bottom feet with no rubber bottoms.
Rolling cabinet ($379 CDN regular price) - To compliment the standing desk, the rolling cabinet was a great complimentary piece to add, and it is well built. The product arrived in a partially torn box, which caused one of the wheels to be broken, a noticeable dent, and no keys to lock the drawer. Their customer service were able to quickly resolve this issue for me upon bringing it to their attention. The next package arrived much secure and better packaged.
Footrest ($149 CDN regular price) - The frame provided could be higher to allow for more better angles, but I'm content with the purchase. The metal frame arrived dented, and the board would not fit evenly. The frame was quickly replaced.
What sold me on EFFYDESK is their confidence in standing behind their products by offering a 10 year warranty. I know if I have any issues they will be there to support me.
Seamless ordering- excellent customer service- quick delivery (arrived within 6 days directly to my office). The YouTube instructions were a handy cross reference to the written instructions - the desk and the chair took about an hour to assemble. I am incredibly happy with both the aesthetic look of the desk (and lots of compliments!) as well as the mechanical features- quiet and easy to use. I ordered the wood version as a treat to myself and happy that I did! Also ordered the matching cabinet that came pre-assembled! The discount increased to 20% off on the day I ordered - and the company happily refunded me the difference.
Great looks but the folder adapter is not well designed and we are loosing a lot of file storing space
The cabinet fits well in the space I had designated for it. The file cabinet is just what I needed at present and I am very happy with the purchase.
